What Elijah RVs Tells US

Elijah RVs rental experience is now close to a decade and they continue to offer 50 RVs on fleet at their one and only depot in Sacramento. Their motorhomes are suitable for all types of road accommodation, whether it be a family road trip, a weekend getaway, adventure at a national park or even temporary housing. For many years, the company provides attractive perks to all renters such as secured parking, generator use, emptying of sewage tank— all for free! And for pet lovers/ renters and those bringing their personal vehicles, good news because Elijah RVs welcomes your four-legged companions inside the motorhome and you may also tow behind the RVs, at an additional cost.

Fleet

Elijah RVs supplies heaps of motorhome choices to different renters. Though there is only one option for the Class A type, you will be at awe with the abundance in the Class C category, from Coachmen Fleetwood to Fourwinds 5000. The extensive fleet consists of various motorhome models, either non-slide or with slides. There are vehicles suitable for smaller families and there are also those great for larger groups up to 8. Most RVs runs with gas, and some using diesel, with free 100 miles per day.

Class A

Tiffin Pheaton

The one and only option for the Class A RV, the 40ft. Tiffin Pheaton with twin slide runs using diesel. This motorhome is styled with a premium carpet, hard flooring, and tinted windows for a more elegant interior.  It has a sleeping capacity of 6 to 8 persons with sleeping places at the couch full bed, rear queen bed, dinette full bed and double twin beds. In the living/ dinette area, there's a sofa, fully-equipped kitchen with sink, double fridge & freezer, microwave and oven & stove, along with 2 LCD TV / DVD with game hookups. The bathroom, on the other hand, is completed with toilet, sink, shower and sky light. And for outdoor fun, just open the automatic awning and relax under its shade.

CLASS C

Winnebago Chalet

Sleeps up to 6, the popular Winnebago Chalet comes in different sizes and sleeping places. The are two options for this model— the 22 ft and the 24 ft vehicle. The former provides a cab-over bed, dinette full bed and sofa bed, while the latter replaces the sofa bed with a queen-sized rear bed. Both motorhomes furnish a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, stove, and double sink. For your stuff, there is an outdoor storage so that your space inside would not be limited.

Fleetwood Tioga

The Fleetwood Tioga comes in two sizes— 25 ft and 29 ft, and also either with slide or non slide. The 25 ft model can sleep up to 6, while the 29 ft caters up to 8 people. There aren't much difference, except of course, the slides, the sleeping capacity and the interior design. Each motorhome is supplied with a fully furnished living and dining area that includes kitchen with double sink, fridge, microwave, sofa, TV/ DVD and more.

Coachmen Freelander

There are lots of option for the Coachmen Freelander. The smallest, which is the 25 ft, features one slide and sleeps 5 to 6, while the 29 ft motorhome offers three styles— non slide, with slide, and with two slides, and allows a maximum of 8 people inside. The bigger Coachmen Freelander accents a more luxurious vibes with its full linoleum flooring. The motorhomes with slide/s provide a more roomy interior as you can extend the living quarters for a comfier sleeping place at night.

Coachmen Leprechaun

The Coachmen Leprechaun has only one style, and is ideal for those who want to appreciate the breathtaking scenery outside. Aside from all the usual amenities in a motorhome, this vehicle features panoramic windows perfect for sight-seeing. Sleeping up to 8, you can tag along all your kids and even your pets.

Jamboree Rallye

A 28 ft motorhome with huge exterior pass through storage, the Jamboree Rally is great for families of 8. The flooring is also made of full linoleum and it provides all the needed camping essentials like comfy beds, air-conditioning, hot water heater, electricity outlets, on-board generator and equipped kitchen.

Jamboree Searcher

Another Jamboree on fleet is the 29 ft Jamboree Searcher— bigger and roomier. Also sleeping up 8 people, this motorhome suits those who want extra space for walking around the vehicle. One unique feature of this vehicle is its outside stereo system, which means intense road trip with some good old music! Prepare you playlist ahead of time.

Chateau Sport

The Chateau Sport is a compact and cheap motorhome with slide. At a competitve rate, you can now treat your family of 7 or 8 in this 29 ft vehicle equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is stocked with oven, microwave, fridge, while the living room has a sofa with complete entertainment system.

Fourwinds 5000

The Fourwinds 5000 is a non slide motorhome with no serious frills, except its nicely tinted and bigger windows. It features all useful amenities, just like all other motorhomes on fleet.

Dutchman Express

Last, but definitely not the least, this non slide motorhome is quite elegant in the outside, but just normal in the inside. No bells and whistles at all, and quite pricier than other non slide motorhomes in selection.

Insurance

As to the insurance, the company requires an insurance coverage, either from your carrier (sometimes free) or through their commercial rental policy. Normally, the insurance rate is $20 to $30 per day and to be paid directly, not to them, but to their insurance partner. They do not provide the exact details of the insurance liability, so it's advisable to read the fine print carefully.

Reputation

Elijah RVs is quite popular in the rental industry, particularly in the Northern California vicinity. They have over a decade of experience, with a very extensive fleet of Class A and Class C motorhomes. Most of the previous renters are happy with their rental experience— from friendly customer service to fast checkout process. However, the insurance is a little issue because you may need to purchase you own coverage, in case your carrier do not cover the rental RV.

Summary

All in all, Elijah RV is recommended for a reliving your American road trip with a lot of exciting perks. However, do take note that the company has only one branch with an nice array of motorhomes and even travel trailers. Pick-up and drop-off of the motorhome may wear you out, but the extensive fleet gives you a lot of options.
