Tell the world about your experience renting from this companyWhen we went to pick up are rv they charged us an extra 950.00 for are rv and we had to pay it because we had a whole birthday vacation booked. The employee made serval uncomfortable comments and keeped threatening to cancel are reservation all together. I reached out several times over the next few months to speak to the owner about my experience and never heard back from him. I'm more than upset about my experience
They booked the wrong RV from the one I rented, and then lied to me about the reasons. Had a blowout one and a half hours outside of Phoenix, propane leak and water line leak that flooded the coach floor. No help in getting it fixed, they told me to turn the propane on if I smelled rotten eggs turn it off, but if I don’t smell rotten eggs go ahead and use it but turn it off for my safety at night. Battery died at the final gas stop when returning it 30 min wait for jump. To top it all off, when I got the email confirming my $500 deposit return, they want an additional $13.86 for mileage. Repeated calls for reimbursement for all the problems have been ignored. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!
