Editors Review

As the only RV rental source in the Canyon County, Lucky 7 Rentals is a preferred choice among renters wanting to travel along mid valleys of California.

About Lucky 7 Rentals

Lucky 7 Rentals is considered as the top pick in their area. Well, it appears that they do not have any rental runners to give them a tough competition. However, with only one branch set at a relatively remote location, this could be a slight discomfort for renters. The company offers different rental varieties that suit different types of travellers. There are RV and trailer rentals as well as units for movie production.

Fleet

Composed of mostly Class A Fleetwood models, Lucky 7 rental also offers Class RVs good for big groups. These large motorhomes ranging from 30' to 39' are eye candies for touring families up to 8. All units on fleet are automatic transmission, making them easy to drive despite the extended length. The RVs aren't the newest but not also the oldest, so you'll have a great deal driving a unit with average age in complete package. Most of the Class A has slide-out/s to provide extra interior space.

Vehicles

Forest River

This 30' RV is the only Class A Forest River model on offer. Almost brand new, the 2014 model has a sleeping capacity of 8, with rear queen bed, drop down queen, couch bed and a convertible dinette. Full-packed entertainment set awaits all passengers on board. Enjoy the 40" flat screen TV/ CD/ DVD stereo with surrounding sound inside the cabin or opt for the flip up exterior TV with patio speakers. There are tons of walk space because of the two slide-outs as well as tons of storage compartments for your stuff. The hardwood flooring and leather interior complete the posh ambiance.

Fleetwood Bounder

Good for 6 to 8, the 34' Fleetwood Bounder is one of the many Fleetwood models for hire. The two slide-outs make this RV very spacious. The rear bedroom comes with a plush queen bed and a closet space. Walk around freely at the cozy hallway with lots of overhead cabinets. The soft leather sofa as well as the dinette easily transform into a pullout queen bed. Even with its length, this coach is a breeze to handle, plus better road views.

Fleetwood Discovery

This elegant whopper is at 39', making it the largest option for rental. But don't let its size fool you because this diesel pusher motor sleeps up 8 only; hence, leaving a serious run for families looking for a posh and very spacious holiday. Because of its extra dimension, the motorhome is all about large and cozy facilities like large living room and kitchen area, large private bedroom, large bathroom with separate walk-in shower and large outside patio awning. Accordingly, standard parking could be compromised.

Fleetwood Storm

The 2013 Fleetwood Storm is a 7 sleeper with extremely low mileage. Driving this giant is made comfortable with the help of the side view and rear cameras. The custom exterior paint is well complemented with the outside storage compartments. Walk into the RV and you will be greeted with plush interior beautifully accompanied by LED pathway lighting and hardwood flooring. The single slide-out room gives extra space in the kitchen. And there are two entertainment options inside, one in the living room and the other one in the rear bedroom.

Fleetwood Terra

There are two Fleetwood Terra, both 34' RVs. The slide-outs located at the living room and rear bedroom add comfort inside. This one has lesser sleeping capacity but is a great option for those wanting extra space. Unlike most big motorhomes, this one doesn't have a sofa sleeper but only a transformable dinette positioned across the kitchen. There is a nice swivel seat provided near the entry step, just beside the kitchen counter.

Fleetwood Tioga

One of the two Class C motorhomes, the 31' Tioga model is a 6-7 berth with huge walk space and powerful features. Thanks to the upgraded polished aluminum wheels as well as the banks cat back exhaust system that make this Ford V10 a smooth and sturdy ride. Since this is a Class C, expect for a bed over the cab. Aside from the interior storage cabinets, there are plenty of compartment space outside, plus convenient exterior CD player and speakers too.

Fleetwood Jamboree

The Fleetwood Jamboree is the other Class C motorhome, also at 31' and suitable for large families. This one seemly has the same features with the Tioga model, except for the exterior design and smaller windows.

Insurance

Insurance options for the RV rentals are quite limited but could be verified with the company at the time of booking.

Reputation

Lucky 7 Rentals offers a good fleet selection of Class A and Class RV rentals along with their movie production rental services. Even with only one branch at a relatively remote location, the company holds a satisfactory reputation of providing well-maintained RVs and friendly customer services. Their target market is not specifically pointed to the budget backpackers but could be appointed to mid-range market

Summary

Lucky 7 Rentals are up to large family rentals and not those standard couple getaways. But if you can spend extra dollars for a more decent and more spacious holiday, then you can take a look at their fleet of Class A's and Class C's.
