Exmouth is a town in the far north west of Western Australia. It is popular with tourists for is close proximity to Ningaloo Reef, one of the best diving places in Australia. The attraction to Ningaloo is not only the closeness of the reef to the shore, the crystal clear water or the coral, but the whale sharks and other marine life that live on the reef. There are tours daily to the reef for whale shark dives and they rarely miss out on finding one.
Most tourists who arrive here already have their own campervan and are on route north-east to Broome and Darwin or south the Perth. However there are a couple of rental companies that provide campervans to visitors who want to pick up here. Another attraction that is not too far away is Monkey Mia so it is not uncommon to hire a campervan here and travel on to there and then return the campervan to Exmouth.
